EXTERNAL CLEANING OF SPRAY GUNS:
The external cleaning of automatic spray guns is performed automatically via blowers installed at the access points of the paint booth, with reciprocator movement facilitated by horizontal conveyor systems.
SYSTEM FOR READING PIECES SIZES (VERTICAL / HORIZONTAL AXIS):
The system provides control over the activation and deactivation of spray guns based on product height and inter-product spacing. It also manages the movement and operational speed of the reciprocators, with automatic calculations to optimize synchronization between the conveyor chain speed and reciprocator movement. .
By accurately determining the depth of product entry into the booth, the system automatically adjusts the reciprocator position—moving them closer or farther away—to maintain the optimal distance between the spray guns and the product surface, ensuring consistently high-quality coating results

POWDER CENTER MODEL "Tidy Center"
The "Tidy Center" powder center is an ideal solution for rapid color changes while preventing powder dispersion into the environment. Thanks to its dense phase pumps, powder is automatically transferred from factory packaging (bags) into a sealed container at the start of operation and continuously throughout the painting process. This ensures an optimal balance of fresh and recovered powder.
STRAIN-GAUGE BALANCE:
The device can be built into a powder center (CCRI 18/1 and Tidy Center models). Thanks to the strain gauge positioned directly beneath the powder container, it is possible to monitor and record data on powder paint consumption for each individual lot during the production process.
INDUSTRY 4.0 (communication with the management office):
When connected to the corporate network, the powder consumption data from the powder center (modules CCR I 18/1 and Tidy Center) are transmitted directly to the company's control system. In addition to the powder consumption data, other data is also sent: conveyor operation/pause time, number and duration of color changes, etc.
BARCODE:
By using a scanner to read barcodes, it is possible to load various "recipes" for each production lot or product and monitor powder consumption. For each new lot or type of product, simply scan the barcode on the part and on the paint can when loading onto the balance, so that the system detected and recognized the desired recipe (previously saved).
The system is suitable for integration into the mod.CCRI 18/1 and Tidy Center powder centers.
