TAISS SRL not only provides complete painting plants, but also individual elements which help modernize existing production departments, with low level of investment. These investments help companies improve their finished product quality, to increase their productivity and comply with ecological safety regulations.
The most common changes required are: the addition of the pretreatment system to existing painting plants (or the increase in the number of pretreatment phases), the installation of water treatment plants (deionizing units and wastewater treatment) or the installation of powder spray booths for quick color change, instead of the "classical" ones.
Equipment for Surface Pre-Treatment
High-quality pretreatment is a mandatory condition for obtaining a high-quality coating. Surface pretreatment can change according to specific requirements resulting from the end-use of painted products. We offer our Customers spraying plants (steps or continuous pretreatment tunnel) and immersion plants (in tanks) for chemical surface treatment.
Drying and Polymerization Ovens (floor-standing or dome-shaped)
All our ovens are built with external heat generators, with double insulation, with a minimal contact between the inner and the outer surface and with an efficient and simple air flow adjustment system. This technical solution allows us to obtain an even heat distribution inside the oven (with a maximum temperatures difference of +/- 5 ° C), average outside oven wall temperature below 35° C and a low fuel consumption.
Our dome-shaped polymerization ovens are always equipped with doors to ensure cleanliness inside the oven.
TAISS® painting booths guarantee a uniform coating, an excellent air suction and an efficient powder recovery.
The use of high-quality filters allows an optimal reduction of dust and the return of exhausted air directly to plant, in full compliance with regulations
Materials of the booths: plastic or stainless steel. .
Recovery systems: cyclones or cartridge filters. Booths can be fixed or mobile.
In addition to the "classic" booths, TAISS SRL also produces booths with quick color change, with an automatic powder center and a monocyclone.
The choice of which booth to install depends on several criteria, including: the number of colors used and the frequency of color changes.
The painting booths can be provided with:
-platforms for operators (if the pieces to be painted are very high)
- cleanrooms, if there are any special requests regarding the quality of the powder coating (in case of household electrical appliances).

Automation of the powder coating process:
- vertical reciprocators
- horizontal bases for reciprocators
- systems for reading piece sizes.

Any significant change to the operating plants involves a rather complex work, as it needs to create a unique process between the new elements and the existing ones, without stop production or stopping it for a very short time.
