TAISS SRL has a rich experience in the production of specific plants for the pretreatment and painting of aluminium profiles.

 

All our plants are designed according to specific customer needs: productivity, quality of finished products, level of required automation, available space. Profiles painting plants can be divided into the following main categories:

 

High performance “Horizontal” Automatic Plant for painting aluminium profiles, including:

Spraying pretreatment tunnel or immersion pretreatment tanks,

Drying oven after chemical processing

Automatic painting booth (plastic booth for a quick color change, or one or two movable booths),

Polymerization oven

Automatic overhead double-rail “P & F” conveyor.

This kind of plants, with horizontally loaded profiles and different accumulation zones (from 2 to 7), have a productivity of up to 2000 kg / h.

Horizontal" high-performance automatic plants – COMBO (Kòmbo)

COMBO is a sub-type of classic high-performance plant designed to provide chemical treatment and painting not only of aluminum profiles, but also of aluminum, steel, galvanized steel sheets (panels). This solution is practically impossible with the use of "vertical" paint plants. COMBO is the best choice for companies working in the construction sector, whose products are not limited to profiles only.

During the design phase, the optimal chemical pretreatment process is determined, considering the materials and geometry of the parts to be processed. This allows to switch from aluminum to steel, or galvanized steel, in the shortest time possible – the time of one overhead system.

 

 

 

 

 

Automatic plant for profiles painting with vertical accumulation zone ("Compact").

These plants are designed for shop floors of small sizes, since they are arranged on two levels.

These plants come complete with two movable automatic painting booths, with cyclones or with filters (up to 3 booths). The paint booth with filters is used for the main color (usually white) and provides 100% recovery of powder paint. The cyclone-recovery paint booth is used for several colors. .

The bell-shaped oven is always provided with doors to ensure the complete cleaning inside. Profiles are pretreated in tanks.These compact plants are optimal for painting small and medium lots of profiles.

 

 

 

 

 

Semiautomatic plants for painting aluminum profiles provide:prevedono

  • pretreatment tanks
  • conveyor with manual management and with a trolley loading of 1000 kg
  • automatic painting
  • curing in static ovens (with doors)

Differently from automatic plants (designed to ensure maximum production), these are an optimal solution for companies which usually need to paint not only profiles, but also other bulky products (1500 х 7000 х 2500 mm). The moderate price and the maximum flexibility are the main qualities of these plants. Frequently this type of plants is used also for painting accessories for doors and windows.

Each detail is important when painting, especially when painting windows profiles. This rule applies to each parameter of the technological process:

water quality in the pretreatment

- number of steps

- kind of chemical reagents used

- contact time and the prompt correction of chemical solution

-  drying quality

-  profiles jigging

-  uniformity of coating (use of automatic powder spraying equipment only)

-  stable and uniform temperature inside the oven.
